4. USER REGISTRATION
You may be required to register with the Site. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password. We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such username is inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
5. FEES AND PAYMENT
We accept the following forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard.
You may be required to purchase or pay a fee to access some of our services. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Site. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. We bill you through an online billing account for purchases made via the Site. Sales tax will be added to the price of purchases as deemed required by us. We may change prices at any time. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment. We also reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Site.
6. SUBSCRIPTION, FREE TRIAL & CANCELLATION
Some plans offer a 7-day or 14-day free trial to new users who register with the Site. The account will be charged according to the user's chosen subscription at the end of the free trial.
You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account or by contacting us directly in the app or by email at at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle. In the event of a dispute or chargeback, the logs of our payment provider will be considered as the definitive proof of the cancellation date.
Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no refund will be provided for any payments made during the month, due to the high upfront cost.
If you are unsatisfied with our services, please email us at and we will do our best to resolve any issues.
Please be aware that by subscribing to our service you agree to these terms and conditions, and that any violations of these terms may result in termination of your subscription and/or legal action.
7. REFUNDS POLICY
In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, the User acting as a consumer benefits in principle from a right of withdrawal. Nevertheless, in certain cases listed by article L221‐28 of the Consumer Code, the Consumer's right of withdrawal does not apply.
This is notably the case in the presence of digital content not supplied on physical media, the performance of which has begun after prior express agreement of the Consumer and formal waiver of his right of withdrawal. The services offered by ROAST do not allow the User to exercise his right of withdrawal, since it consists of digital content that meets the aforementioned conditions. ROAST may offer a voluntary refund policy when a money-back option was presented to you during the checkout.
Coaching calls
Due to the non-returnable nature of coaching sessions and in accordance with the provisions of Article L221‐28 of the Consumer Code, coaching sessions are not eligible for a refund. We cannot guarantee results in a coaching or consulting relationship because results depend on your openness to being coached and your willingness to do the work.
If the client needs to rearrange a coaching session, they should provide at least 48 hours' notice. No refunds will be given to clients for unused coaching sessions unless 48 hours' notice has been given. Where a client pays for a session in advance they must have the coaching session within 30 days of the payment, or any untaken sessions are forfeited.
AI Photoshoot
Please note that our AI Photoshoot service is not refundable. Before purchasing this service, the User expressly waives the exercise of his right of withdrawal, in accordance with the provisions of Article L221‐28 of the Consumer Code.
The reason for this is that the results of the AI Photoshoot are highly dependent on the original pictures provided by the User, and each generation incurs a significant cost for us. The User agrees that any dissatisfaction with the results of the AI Photoshoot service shall not be the responsibility of ROAST. ROAST has explicitly explained to the User the nature and potential limitations of the AI Photoshoot service, and shall only be held responsible for providing the User with the AI picture generation tool, not the end result.
Premium subscriptions
Once the billing cycle has started, subscriptions are not eligible for a refund. This includes any recurring payments for monthly or annual membership plans. When creating a Premium Account, the User is invited to formally waive the exercise of his right of withdrawal, in accordance with the provisions of Article L221‐28 of the Consumer Code.

8.5 Retention and Deletion
Your facial images and AI Photoshoot output are automatically and permanently deleted after 90 days from the date of upload. If you delete your account, all Face Data is immediately scheduled for permanent deletion. You may also request deletion of your Face Data at any time by contacting .
